What can you do to control the aging process? Beauty and antiaging clinics offer dozens of antiaging therapies to choose from. Do they work? What can you expect from a particular therapy?

That aging is a process that cannot be stopped, is common knowledge. However, many ignore the fact that aging actually can be delayed (or forwarded) largely by the way we live and behave in our day-to-day lives.
